Migrate to Minecraft v1.20 #44

In accordance with the general plan of the modpack for our server, we want to move to Minecraft v1.20.1 (from the current v1.19.2). So far, all that remains is for Quark to finish their 1.20 migration, for us to drop Botania, and for us to migrate this mod over to the related forge versions.

Currently I think the target versions will be:

Minecraft: 1.20.1
Forge: 47.2.17

Details about the 1.20.1 Forge version can be retrieved from here.

As far as I am aware, there is not a huge amount of changes required to get us to 1.20.1 from 1.19.2. There's some new events that we need to cater for, and some of the interfaces are a little different.
