The color scheme of the Insolator UI was intended to match the texture of the insolator:

As the insolator is due to change away from blue and towards something more like Mekanism blocks (#39), it would be good to update the UI somewhat.

I think it would be better if the UI texture was actually coloured like the dark UI resource pack. Here is an example:
