We may want to look in to how to integrate Discord into the Minecraft server. This will likely involve one or more mods. Here are a few that I've found at first glance:

This mod seems to have the most functionality, but is not for Forge (only Fabric):

There is another (possibly more fun) option: add it to utamacraft.
