I need to add support for libsql to Parcel. This will let me deploy Parcel to Bunny using the new Bunny Database. This will eventually need to be combined with a storage backend.

I need to add support for [libsql](https://docs.rs/libsql/latest/libsql/) to Parcel. This will let me deploy Parcel to [Bunny](https://bunny.net/magic-containers/) using the new [Bunny Database](https://bunny.net/database/). This will eventually need to be combined with a storage backend.
