It would need nice to add a Parcel CLI tool once we have the API (#15) we can then create a CLI that lets users manage their uploads via that API.

This CLI could authenticate using the API keys a user adds to their account. Of course, it will be nice in the long-run to allow a user to authenticate using something like OAuth rather than API keys.
