A feature request has come in to add support for teams.

Administrators can create and edit teams, along with setting team options like quotas.
Users can belong to zero or more teams and administrators can change the teams a user belongs to.
The user sees a list of their own uploads along with a tab for each of their teams.
Users can upload files to a team they belong to.
Users can move uploads from the user's tab into a team.
